A street-level pop-up space and a generated media push drew locals and tourists to 4 Times Square. The interactive experience included a mechanical dinosaur bride, portraits of famous brides throughout history, exaggerated brides maid dresses and rhinestone elements, a TV wall streaming past episodes, a giant trampling high-heel, a faux diamond bath, a punching bag that displayed stress levels, a scream booth, a head-massage lounge, a ‘CRAY’ floral wall, a wedding arbor photo backdrop with props, and a cast of in-character Bridezilla brand ambassadors.

The museum launched with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring several former contestants from ABC's The Bachelor including Desiree Hartsock and Ashley Herbet. Later that evening, WE TV hosted a press and VIP preview of the museum exhibits, which then moved to Arena nightclub for a party. The party drew a crowd of more than 400, including Porsha Holt and Remy Maaddi from Bridezillas and Teresa Giudice, Danielle Staub, Ramona Singer, and Kelly Bensimon from Bravo's Real Housewives.
